WHO AM I?

Hi, my name is Joe Wagner and I live in Santa Rosa. Ca., I have lived here for the past 35 years...I have lived at my present address for the past 30 years...I was a professional seamen for 36 years, with Masters, Mates, & Pilots Union... I was Master-(Captain) on container vessels for the last 12 years before retiring in 1998...I am single and live with my dog Porky, pictured on the postcard I sent you.The purpose of this introduction is to show that I am a professional, and the people I deal with are very professionsl, with10 to 25 years in business... My real estate agent, broker, title company, cleaning gal, gardner/handyman and rehab crew...
